Welcome to The Marvelous Nail Studio! My name is Milly Granadero and I’m here to provide creativity, affordability, and a comfortable experience for every client! Please read my policies before booking :) When booking online, there will be a nonrefundable deposit that will be going towards the price of the service. - Clean Nails Only: Come with bare nails or book a Soak Off Removal if needed. If you are a regular client and I know it is my previous work, there is typically no additional charge for a Soak Off unless it is necessary. - No Extra Guests: Only the client may attend unless the client is an accompanied minor. - No pets allowed: For hygiene and safety, no pets are allowed in the salon. - Feeling Sick? Please send me a text at (743)246-2013 or send me a DM to reschedule — no worries! - Late Policy: 15-minute grace period. After that, I will contact you to let you know that the appointment is cancelled or if I have time, we can still have the appointment with an additional fee of $15. - Payment: Cash & card (+2.5% fee) - Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment, you will lose the deposit. If you reschedule, the deposit will go towards the new appointment. - No-show = 50% charge from booked service(s) after 15 minute grace period Inspo pic: If you have a set in mind, please send me the picture via text or a DM (best for various designs) - Service Changes: Let me know ahead of time if you want to adjust your service so I can plan accordingly.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I totally get it! Please reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancelling the appointment will amount to losing the booking deposit. If you reschedule, the deposit will go towards the new appointment.
No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 50% of the service total after the 15 min grace period.
